We define whether the scheme provides “Value” across a number of areas for the employees. No selling or bias involved, just information to allow an employer to make an informed decision and provide a consistent annual appraisal to drive value for the benefit of the employees.

We partner with an on-line Educational company that produces fantastic video content for staff across a range of financial topics. They can also provide seminar based events or specific Masterclasses on a single topic to “deep dive” into a subject.
