Value for Money Consulting looks at the relative strengths of your existing workplace scheme in comparison to both its annual investment target and the wider workplace market for a scheme. By tracking all of the available workplace schemes, we are able to demonstrate where your scheme is positioned and how to improve.
Employees (who may have increased powers of selection in the future) want to know they are getting good value and that their employer has not just ticked the Auto Enrolment box when it comes to selecting a provider.

Workplace Pensions
We work with employers who, instead of making a selection and forgetting about the scheme in place, wish to ensure employees engage and understand their scheme. We define whether the scheme provides “Value” across a number of areas for the employees. It’s not about selling the newest APP or latest investment trend, but delivering a consistent annual appraisal to drive performance and value for the benefit of the employees.
Benefit Reviews
We are able to review the existing benefits in place and comment on whether these represent value in respect of premium level and also the level of service provided to the employer. It may also be the case, for example, that the commission generated is able to be used to provide additional benefits without additional cost.
Educational
We partner with an on-line Educational company that produces fantastic video content for staff across a range of financial topics. They can also provide seminar based events or specific Masterclasses on a single topic to “deep dive” into a subject.
